Search Vendor GL Code: Quickly locate specific GL codes associated with vendors using keywords or partial code fragments.
Export Vendor GL Codes: Download a comprehensive list of all GL codes linked to vendors into an Excel file for further analysis or integration with other systems.
At the right side of the screen once the user selects a vendor, the user will be able to see details like the vendor name, number and address
In the Vendor Item Contract option the user will be able to see for Item Numbers, Description of the products, Customer Location, Price and Date.

This button initiates the process of adding a new vendor to the system, capturing essential information for financial transactions and communication. The following fields are included:
Vendor Information
Vendor No: Unique identifier for the vendor within the system.
Vendor Name: The official name of the vendor or supplier.
Vendor Type: Categorize the vendor based on their business type (e.g., supplier, contractor, service provider).
Default GL Code: The primary GL code used for transactions with this vendor.
Freight GL Code: The GL code used to track freight or shipping costs associated with this vendor.
Tax GL Code: The GL code used to record taxes related to transactions with this vendor.
Org ID: Identifier linking the vendor to a specific organizational unit or department.
Company: The company or entity with which this vendor is associated.
External ID: Any external identifier used by the vendor in their own systems.
Contact Person: The primary contact person for this vendor.
Contract Amount: The total value of any existing contract with this vendor.
Email: The vendor's email address for communication and notifications.
Telephone: The vendor's primary phone number.
Fax: The vendor's fax number (if applicable).
Tax Code: The vendor's tax identification or registration number.
Currency: The currency in which transactions with this vendor will be conducted.
Tax Level: Specify the applicable tax level for this vendor.
Account Code: An internal account code used for further categorization or tracking.
Account Owner: The individual or department responsible for managing the relationship with this vendor.
Payment Type: The preferred payment method for this vendor (e.g., credit card, wire transfer, check).
Shipping Terms: Specify the agreed-upon shipping terms with this vendor.
Freight Codes: Any specific freight or shipping codes used by this vendor.
Net Discount: The percentage discount offered by the vendor for early payment.
Discount Day: The number of days within which payment must be made to qualify for the discount.
First Net Days: The standard payment terms (number of days) for this vendor.
Vendor Team: Assign a team or group responsible for managing this vendor's account.
Address Details
Street Name, Address 1, Address 2, Address 3: The vendor's complete street address.
City: The city where the vendor is located.
State: The state or province where the vendor is located.
Zip Code: The postal or zip code for the vendor's address.
Country: The country where the vendor is located.
Additional Options
Confidential: Mark the vendor as confidential if their information should be restricted.
One-Time Vendor: Indicate if this vendor is for a one-time transaction only.
CSI Vendor: Identify the vendor as a CSI (Customer Service Index) vendor if applicable.
1099 Vendor: Mark the vendor as a 1099 vendor for tax reporting purposes.
Active: Toggle whether the vendor is currently active or inactive.
By completing these fields and selecting the appropriate options, you can comprehensively add a new vendor to the system, ensuring accurate financial tracking and efficient communication.
