Targeted Email Search:

Within the Email Capture section, users can precisely locate specific emails using refined search criteria.

• Search by Subject: Enter keywords or phrases from the email subject line to filter and find relevant emails. This is particularly useful when you remember the topic or content of the email but not other details like sender or date.

• Search by Date: Narrow down your search based on the date the email was sent or received. You have two options:

• • Specific Date: Enter a single date to find emails sent or received on that exact day.

  • Date Range: Specify a start and end date to retrieve emails within that time frame. This is helpful for finding emails from a particular period or event.

Export: the user may export to an excel document the entire list of emails by clicking on the export button at the bottom of the screen.
