Batch Status

This section allows users to efficiently locate specific batches using various search and filtering criteria.

Date Range: Users can define a specific date range to narrow down the search to batches created or processed within that period. This helps focus on relevant batches based on their processing timeline.

Batch Type: This section allows users to further refine their search for specific batches based on their type. Available search options include:

  • Invoice: Search for batches containing invoices.

  • NoPO: Search for batches associated with non-purchase order transactions.

  • PO: Search for batches linked to purchase orders.

  • Archive: Search for batches that have been archived.

Batch Source: This section enables users to filter batches based on their origin or source. Available options include:

  • Email: Find batches that were created or submitted via email.

  • User: Locate batches that were manually created or uploaded by a user.

  • FTP: Identify batches that were transferred to the system via FTP (File Transfer Protocol).

Search Results

Once the user clicks the "Search" button, the results will be displayed in the lower section of the screen.

  • Batches (Left): A list of batches matching the search criteria will appear on the left side.

  • Invoices (Right): Selecting a batch from the left side will populate the right side with the corresponding invoices contained within that batch.

Invoice Access

Accessing Invoices within a Batch: When a user clicks on a specific batch from the search results, the system will display the associated invoices in the right-hand section of the screen.

Invoice Interaction: Clicking on an individual invoice within the batch will then open the "Invoice View." This view provides comprehensive details about the selected invoice
