Invoices in Paused Status

What is an invoice in Paused status? It's a document which has some issue that was detected either automatically by the system, manually placed by the QC team, or by some user within the customer roles.

How can I un-pause a document?

  • It depends since there are paused actions which are manually performed by either the QC or customer team & some other (which are more complex) the ones done by the system & its configuration

Un-Pausing manually paused documents:

  • In your home page, Go to the Paused invoices section. Once you identify the document you wish to unpause, click on the ¨View button¨. Then, on your left hand side once you scroll down you will see the button labeled ¨Un-pause¨

Pausing a document

Similarly to un-pausing a document, when you wish to pause a document, you can follow the next steps:

  1. Search for the document you wish to pause (or even if you are already there in the document itself you can remain in such), once the document is found,

  2. Click on the button ¨View¨. On your left hand side you will see a button labeled ¨Pause¨ 3. Click on the button ¨Pause¨. A pop-up screen will come up so that you can enter some comments as to why the document requires pausing 4. Click on OK and the document will be paused

Which Paused comments are the most common? The most common paused statuses are: 1. Change in vendor: this means a new vendor isn't set up correctly, 2. Field mismatch, 3. xx
