Invoices
In all of the invoices, the overall navigation will find that on the right-hand side the invoice copy will be displayed. For all of the files you can: move between multiple pages within a document, zoom in or out of the document, rotate 360 degrees, download the file into a PDF version, or send to print.

In all of the invoices, the overall navigation will find that on the right-hand side the invoice copy will be displayed.
For all of the files you can: move between multiple pages within a document, zoom in or out of the document, rotate 360 degrees, download the file into a PDF version, or send to print.
On the left side, you will find all of the metadata capture fields of the document, as well as other key features such as: emailing the document to another user, viewing the document history, and even assigning the document to another user!

At the top of the left-hand side, the list of possible approvers for the document will be shown!
The metadata defined for your company will also be found for you to be able to review (or even edit if you have your user/role configured in such a manner).
Update button will save any of the changes performed at that moment, if nothing has been modified, nothing will be saved.
Pause comment will automatically request some comments and place the document in Pause status.
Delete button will do exactly that: Delete the document. Please be careful with this feature as once it has been deleted we cannot reinstate it.
Emailing Documents
Emailing Invoices has never been so simple! You can now just go to the yellow email icon at the top left hand-side corner upon each displayed document, click on it and a new pop up window will be shown
Once there you can enter the recipient emails for whom you want to send the invoice to
Also dont forget to place a comment so you can give more context to your recipient & then click on send!
What if i want to send the email to more than one recipient? Certainly you can! Just separate by a semi-comma
Document History
Once you are within a document, its very simple! You can find at the top left hand side of your screen a green clock icon titled ¨Invoice History¨: click on it!
Once there, a pop-up screen will come up and the entire history of that document will be shown as of that moment:
Action: This shows which activity was performed to the document itself. For example: QC = Data Capture, Data Validation, PO Line Matching
Actor: Gives the user name of the person who applied the action itself
Action Date: Provides the exact date and time of the action performed
Field: Mentions in which section (field) of the document template the change was done
Previous Data: Provides the details of the original data store on that field prior any change on done
New Data: Provides the details of the new data stored on that field after any change on done
