Captured Invoices

Captured State

What is an invoice in captured state? It's a document which hasn't yet fully completed the entry and validation cycle from the QC teams.

How many documents are in this status? You can check it out by reading the number marked in orange beside the collapsible drop-down named "Invoice in captured". This represents the exact number of documents.

Which statuses exist? There are different statuses depending on the step within the QC process that the document is at. Status #1: Captured, this means the document has been received and some data capture might have been done (or not), but it hasn't been submitted for validation. Status #2: Pending Validation, this means the document has passed through the data entry process but is yet to be validated in the QC quality check.

Turn-around Time (SLA)

Regular Service

How long should it take to process a document? In general, the processing time is performed within 24 hours. However, we do give our customers the option for an express service, especially for month-end.

Express Service

What does express service include? This includes express data entry and validation, so as soon as the document is received, it takes less than 2 hours to be processed. For month-end service, it is great! Get in contact at [email protected]envelope for pricing!
