Functionality

• Export Approved Invoices: This feature specifically selects all invoices that have been approved within the APSMART QA module. This ensures that only validated and authorized invoices are included in the export.

• Automated Export: The system automatically compiles the necessary data from the approved invoices and prepares it for export. This eliminates the need for manual data extraction or formatting.

• Email Notification: Once the export is complete, an email notification is sent to the user who initiated the process. This email includes a summary of all the invoices that were prepared for export, providing a record of the transaction.

• Optional CC: The user has the option to "CC all other users granted this access." This allows relevant stakeholders to be kept informed about the export process and ensures transparency.

• Export Button: Clicking the "Export" button initiates the export process, triggering the data extraction, preparation, and email notification.
