History

The History tab within the Upload Output feature provides a detailed record of all past invoice export requests. This allows users to track the history of exports, monitor their status, and access previously exported data.

Export History Table

This table displays a chronological list of all completed and pending export requests. Each row represents an export request, and the columns provide key information about the request.

  • Requested: This column displays the date and time when the export request was initiated.

  • Requested By: This column shows the name of the user who initiated the export request. This helps track who performed the export and when.

  • Export: This column likely provides a link or button to download the exported invoice data for the corresponding request. This allows you to access and retrieve previously exported information.

  • Completed: This column displays the date and time when the export process was completed. This helps track the duration and status of each export request.

Invoices Section

The "Invoices" section on the right side of the screen likely provides further details about the invoices included in each export request.

  • Export to Excel: This feature allows you to export the list of invoices associated with a specific export request to an Excel file. This can be useful for further analysis, reporting, or archiving purposes.
