Users
A user role is a set of privileges that is assigned to a user or user group to allow the user or user group to perform certain tasks and manage certain sessions. A user must have a valid user ID.

Adding a New User
Step #1: Go to the Security section; then in the Users tab you will find in your right-hand side of the screen the button to " +Add" a user.
Step #2: Enter all of the corresponding information into the appropriate fields. Such as: First Name, Last Name, username, email address and click on Create.
Essential Information:
First Name: Provide the users First name for identification purposes.
Last Name: Provide the users Last Name for identification purposes.
Username: Create a unique username for the user to log into the system.
Email: Enter the user's email address. This email will be linked to the account and used for notifications and communication.
User Permissions:
Escalations: Enable this option if the user should be included in escalation workflows for unresolved issues or approvals.
Confidential Invoices: Allow access to confidential invoices if the user requires this level of visibility.
View Capex: Grant permission to view capital expenditure (capex) data if relevant to the user's role.
Exception Handler: Designate the user as an exception handler if they are responsible for managing and resolving exceptions within the system.
Registration Completion:
Once you have entered all the necessary information and configured the user's permissions, click the "Create" button to create the new user account. The system will send a confirmation email to the provided address, which may include a link to activate the account or set a password.

Searching for a User
Step #1: Go to the Security section; then in the Users tab you will find in your right-hand side of the screen the field to "Search" a user.
Step #2: Enter either the user's name, or the first name, or the last name or email address of whom you are searching for.
Once you find it, you can click over the first column called "Name" and this will redirect you to all of the features assigned to the user! Please note that you will be able to edit the user only if you have access within your role/user to do so
